Christmas With a First Responder

The Police and Fire Department combine their efforts to provide Christmas gifts to less fortunate families during the Christmas Holiday.  In 2021 we had the privilege to serve 44 local children and their families.  We provide not only gifts, but we hold a luncheon for the entire family.  During this event we play games, eat, and enjoy each others company for the day.  Each family receives Christmas dinner in a box, so that their families can enjoy a meal at home on Christmas Day.  We are thankful for the many businesses and persons that help sponsor these events.  If you are interested in assisting this program in anyway please feel free to contact us.  Contact Detective Bruce Collins at 606-437-6236.
