To commemorate Pikeville’s bicentennial, the City of Pikeville is building a plaza at the Overlook Events Center. The plaza will include a time capsule and historical displays about the Cut-Thru Project and Model Cities Program that changed Pikeville forever. Pikeville 200 is raising funds for the this new plaza with the sale of engraved pavers.
