Hillbilly Days Parade Entry Form

The Hillbilly Days Parade will be held on Saturday, April 20,2024 at 2 pm in Downtown Pikeville! If you’re interested in participating in the parade, please fill out the Parade Entry form below and submit it online before April 15th. The permits application, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration fee must be submitted online before a permit will be issued. The Hillbilly Days Parade Registration fee is $50.00 if submitted by April 6, 2024 and there is a $25 late fee if application is received after April 6, 2024. Applications will not be accepted after April 13, 2024. Once the application is approved you will receive a link to pay online or directions on where to pay in person as well as how to pick up your permit. Parade Entry Forms/Registration will not be accepted after April 13th.
