We’re proud recipients of a 2021 Appalachian Regional Commission POWER Initiative award! Our project, titled City of Pikeville & Breaks Interstate Park Tourism, is one of 57 awards across 184 coal-impacted counties receiving a total of nearly $46.4 million. Our team will partner with the ...Breaks Interstate Park to complete a study evaluating the feasibility of developing health and wellness/eco/adventure/cultural tourism opportunities and related businesses in coal-impacted communities in Pike County, Kentucky and Dickenson County, Virginia.
