Wear an ugly Christmas sweater to decorate an ugly sweater cookie, and/or make a paper ugly Christmas sweater! This kid-friendly program will be held at both the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue) and Elkhorn City Public Library on December 16th at 4:30. No registration is required.
