Valentine’s Day Hot Cocoa Jars

Decorate a jar and layer hot cocoa mix, sprinkles, chocolate chips, and marshmallows for a fun Valentine’s Day gift. This program will be held on Tuesday, February 7th at 5:30 at Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue), Belfry Public Library, Elkhorn City Public Library, and Phelps Public Library.
