Learn the basics of creating stained glass art and complete a project of your own! The Stained Glass Workshop will be held at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue) on February 11th at 10:30. Space is limited, so please call the library to register.
What You Need to Know:
+To ensure materials and space for participants, we can only take a limited number of patrons. Registration is required.
+You will be cutting glass and using a soldering iron to piece it together. You might get a minor cut or burn! It is the nature of the craft. Most injuries are about the equivalent of a paper cut. However, to ensure you are aware of this, you must sign a waiver to participate.
+This activity is not suitable for children. Participants must be at least 14 years old.
+We will have a few different options of Valentine’s Day themed stained glass designs. There will be lots of glass colors to choose from!
+The workshop will last 4 hours. Depending on your pace and skill, you may finish your project sooner. You are free to leave earlier!
+There is no fee to come to the workshop and all materials are provided.
