Learn about Mardi Gras with crafts and games at the Mardi Gras Party! For ages 12 and under. This program will be held at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue), Elkhorn City Public Library, and Belfry Public Library on February 21 at 5:00. No registration is required.
