Join us in beautiful downtown Pikeville at the Pikeville City Park\, the epicenter of Hillbilly Days. Each participant will receive a t-shirt or tank top and an awesome medal. Also\, we are partnering with Pauley Hollow this year to have a FREE shot of moonshine at the finish line and large jars of the 2023 special edition moonshine available for purchase. The fireworks will be held in conjunction with a special Main Street Live beginning at 7 pm at the Mountain Top Media Stage at Appalachian Wireless Arena. \nPikeville Police and Fire Departments prepare the fireworks show for several days prior to the event. In an effort to assist the City of Prestonsburg and Floyd County during this time of loss\, Pikeville’s police officers and firefighters are working in Prestonsburg around the clock for several days. As a result\, Pikeville is postponing the fireworks show.
