City of Pikeville (Owner) will receive proposals through Codell Construction Company to furnish labor and materials to complete Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park-Spec Building located at One Industry Drive, Pikeville KY 41501. Work is to be preformed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by JRA Architects, CMTY Consulting Engineers, INC. and Brown & Kubican Structural Engineers. If drawings and specifications are to be mailed, arrangements must be made with Lynn Imaging at 859.255.1021 Cost of mailing is to be paid for by bidder. Bids will be due by February 4, 2020 at 2:00pm, and will be opened at Pikeville City Hall, 243 Main Street, Pikeville, KY 41501. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. No bidder may withdraw a bid submittal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 21, 2020 at 11:00am at Pikeville City Hall. All bidders are urged to attend this meeting. The project is to be complete within 365 calendar days from the date of the official Notice to Proceed, and liquidated damages are $1,000/days thereafter, if the completion date is not that.
